Abstract:We describe a recent case of Coccidioides bioprosthetic aortic valve infective endocarditis successfully managed at our institution. This led us to perform a literature review of endemic fungal infective endocarditis in the United States caused by Coccidioides, Blastomyces, and Histoplasma.
