Abstract: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is extensively N-glycosylated, and unlike the receptor-binding domain of the S1 subunit which undergoes frequent mutations, the glycosylation sites remain conserved across most variants of concern.
