Abstract:Abstract:Endobronchial lipomas are uncommon and account for only 0.1-0.5% of all lung neoplasms. They are usually detected on chest X-ray and CT scan. These are benign neoplasms with no malignant potential and almost negligible local recurrence. Endobronchial resection is usually adequate, but sometimes patients present with obstructive pulmonary pathology and extensive surgery may be required.
