Abstract: Increasing numbers of HCT are being performed annually and outcomes continue to improve. As a result, survivorship issues are assuming increasing importance. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy remain cornerstones of HCT treatment, but, while lifesaving, they threaten endocrine function, fertility, and sexual function.
