Endocrine late effects in survivors of infantile acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Abstract: Highlightsl Higher doses of alkylating agents are warranted for infantile ALL.l Hypogonadism may be more frequent than short stature or hypothyroidism in infantile ALL survivors. l CED may be useful in predicting the development of hypogonadism.
