Endometrial adenofibroma, A Case Report

Abstract: Introduction: Adenofibroma is a type of mixed mesodermal tumor that both epithelial and stromal components are benign, and often originate from endometrium at postmenopausal age. Uterine adenofibroma is an extremely rare tumor and this lesion must be differentiated from some benign or malignant lesions of the uterus, particularly adenosarcoma.
