The presence of an ectopic tooth into the nasal cavity is a quite rare event. Nasal obstruction, epistaxis, crusting of nasal mucose, mid-facial pain are the most common symptoms of nasal teeth. During clinical examination, nasal teeth seems like a white mass covered with granulation tissue and debris. Nasal teeth shows same opacity with normal teeth on radiography and sometimes it is shown in a bone socket on the floor of nasal cavity. Preventing complications and fixing the symptoms are the aim of the treatment. In this study, it was aimed to present the diagnose of an 46-year-old woman who had an ectopic tooth on the left nazal cavity with cone beam computed tomography and comparison of cases in the literature will be presented.
