Endoscopic Removal of Chondrosarcoma Originating from the Nasal Septum

Abstract: Abstract:Background: Chondrosarcomas are rare non-epithelial malignant tumours. Surgery is the primary treatment option for chondrosarcoma, with adjuvant therapy having a minor role. In cases of nasal chondrosarcoma, however, en bloc total removal by open approaches is often undesirable.
