Endoscopic Repair of Bilateral Frontal Meningoencephalocele: A Case Report

Abstract: Encephalocele is less common than other neural tube defects. This report details a bilateral frontal meningoencephalocele that presented at a later than usual age with tonic-clonic seizure and cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea of a 65-year-old female, a known case of hypertension, and controlled epilepsy.
