Endoscopic Repair of Proximal Adductor Avulsion

Abstract: Optimal treatment of complete grade 3 tears of the adductor longus tendon from the pubic body has support for both nonsurgical management and surgical reattachment. We demonstrate the feasibility of endoscopic reattachment of an adductor avulsion with >3 cm of retraction.
