Endovascular treatment of traumatic anterior communicating artery-cavernous sinus fistula

Abstract: Traumatic anterior communicating artery (AcomA)-cavernous sinus (CS) fistula is rare. Flow diverter (FD) deployment associated with coiling may be an alternative but has never been reported. We reported such a case. A 61-year-old man who was involved in a traffic accident presented with progressive exophthalmos for 2 weeks. Digital subtraction angiography showed a fistula between the AcomA and CS.
