Endozoochorous dispersal by herbivores and omnivores is mediated by germination conditions

Abstract: Background: Vertebrate-mediated seed dispersal is probably the main long distance dispersal mode. Through endozoochory, large mammals act as mobile links between habitats within and among forest patches.
