New feeder automation principles such as fast-acting Multi-Agent and longitudinal difference protection rely on terminal-to-terminal horizontal peer-to-peer communication, while the current encryption and authentication system for power distribution automation is only established in the vertical communication dimension between the master station and the terminal, which cannot adapt to the security business requirements of horizontal encryption and authentication. Therefore, this paper researches the Multi-Agent inter-terminal authentication technology based on quantum encryption service engine and quantum authentication key, and constructs the quantum key negotiation mechanism for the group horizontal conversation between Multi-Agent terminals and the key auto-trigger updating technology based on the lateral information interaction rules between "terminal-terminal" in the typical feeder automation mode.
