Energy Conservation Approach for Continuous Power Quality Improvement: A Case Study

Abstract: This work focuses on a mitigating harmonic filter. It investigates the effect of mitigating harmonic filters in the textile industry with innovative energy conservation strategies for energy bill reduction, which covers a pathway to climate change mitigation. Here, the effect of the harmonic filter is found out by the systematic energy audit methodology (Preliminary, Detailed and Post-Audit phase). From the energy auditing, it has been found that the textile industry needed a passive harmonic filter for harmon… Show more

“…The basic P&O works to reduce the tracing time of the solar MPP. The weighted point power point finding concept is applied to the solar P-V curve for optimizing the convergence time, and oscillations of MPP 56 . Here, there are various weighted points spread over the entire search space of PV curves for searching the suitable duty signal to the Z-source converter circuit fed FC/PV power system.…”

“…After 20 minutes, internal pressure has been increased sharply subsequently the pressure valve operated. During combustion test after 29 minutes' pressure valve gets open and measured pressure is 20 kPa but it will be reduced to 5 kPa [30]. In article [31], a karanji oil methyl ester as biodegradable fluid for a transformer.…”

“…So, there are diferent categories of Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) methodologies used in the literature to stabilize the functioning point of the fuel stack which are machine learning algorithms, optimization technologies, soft computing, nature-inspired algorithms, and conventional controllers. In [29], the researchers applied the Perturb & Observe (P&O) conventional controller to identify the working point of the fuel stack interfaced bidirectional three-phase power converter. Here, initially, the working point of the fuel stack is identifed on the V-I curve of the system.…”
