It is important to take into account the territorial and spatial factor, as well as the possibility of using new energy-efficient solutions and environmentally friendly technologies when forming organizational and technological solutions for planning the construction of such buildings. The use of geographic information systems to solve territorial planning problems allows one to visualize data from a comprehensive assessment of the territory and to significantly simplify analytical work, which makes it possible to optimize the organizational and managerial processes for the long-term development of social infrastructure of settlements.
