Energy Efficient Indivisible Workload Distribution in Geographically Distributed Data Centers

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the problem of energy cost minimization for geographically distributed data centers with the guaranteed quality of service (i.e., service delay) under time-varying system dynamics.
