Abstract:Cognitive Radio (CR) promises an efficient utilization of radio spectrum resources by enabling dynamic spectrum access to overcome the spectrum scarcity problem. Cognitive Radio Sensor Networks (CRSNs) are one type of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) equipped with CR capabilities.
