Abstract:The objective of this research was to characterize the energetic properties of the biomass of the bole and twig of clones of Eucalyptus spp. for direct burning and charcoal production. To characterize the wood of the bole and the branch, three trees were selected using the simple random method, from which discs with a thickness of 5 cm (base, middle and top), were obtained from these same trees and samples of the branch were obtained.
