Energy Sharing Mechanism of a Higher Order Protein System
R. Carolin, S. Beauno
Abstract:The dynamics of the alpha-helical protein chain with higher order nonlinear protein system is explained. To study the dynamics of the corresponding model by generating the equation of motion using sine-cosine method. By using this method, we study the nonlinear soliton excitation and the effect of inhomogeneity in the system. The growth of modulation instability is analysed in the existence of a small peturbation.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
