Enhanced Bacterial α-Amylase Production Using Mutant Strains Through Submerged Fermentation

Abstract: they are simple and inexpensive to produce (Gopinath et al., 2017). Amylases are well-known enzymes due to their large number of applications in food, paper, textile, distilling, brewing and pharmaceutical industries (Chimata et al., 2010). Amylases account for approximately 25% of the global enzyme market (Abedi et al., 2022).
