Abstract:An eco-friendly and renewable energy source, Polymer Electrolyte Membrane (PEM) fuel cells offer various advantages such as stability and efficiency. The present study designs a basic series positive super voltage lift Luo (PSVLL) converter which, to produce a PEM fuel cell with a low output voltage, yields a low input current ripple and a high voltage conversion ratio.
