Abstract:Bortezomib (BTZ) is a potent and reversible proteasome inhibitor which has shown efficacy in the treatment of multiple myeloma. BTZ also affects NF-κB activity, however, the same mechanisms through which it curtails malignant cell proliferation may also compromise antitumor immunity.
