Enhanced dewaterability of waste-activated sludge with zero-valent iron-activated persulfate oxidation under mild hydrothermal conditions

Abstract: A novel technique to enhance sludge dewaterability with zero-valent iron-activated persulfate (ZVI/PDS) and hydrothermal treatment (HT) under mild temperature was proposed in this study.
