Enhanced Dielectric Properties of CeO2/SiC-Nanostructures-Doped PVA to Use in Various Electronics Devices
Abstract:In present work, fabrication of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/CeO 2 /SiC nanocomposites with lightweight and low cost is investigated. The dielectric properties of PVA/CeO 2 /SiC nanocomposites are studied. The results show that both the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of PVA/CeO 2 /SiC nanocomposites are decreased with an increasing in the frequency, while the electrical conductivity is increased as frequency increases.
