Abstract:Misfit strain, lattice parameter, polarization, permittivity, and tunability of Ba[Formula: see text]Sr[Formula: see text]TiO3 thin films onto Ba[Formula: see text]Sr[Formula: see text]TiO3-buffered stainless steel (SS) substrates are computed via a modified phenomenological model.
