Abstract:Structural, optical, electrical, dielectric and photovoltaic characteristics of cerium-doped strontium titanate was examined in this article. A set of single-phase compounds were created using a modified combustion process. Room temperature X-ray diffraction examination confirmed the formation of a cubic phase in the Pm3m space group. The dimension of the crystallites increased after doping with cerium, according to HRTEM images. The FTIR spectra showed an indication of metal-oxide vibration-related peaks. Due… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
