“…As the T s increases, the structure of the BFO‐BT‐BA‐0.01 ceramics changes from rhombohedral to the coexistence of rhombohedral and orthorhombic phases. In BFO‐SrTiO 3 and BFO‐BT materials , the similar correlation between crystal symmetry and ferromagnetism has also been reported.…”

“…It can be seen that as measuring electric field increases, the P-E loops of the ceramics become gradually saturated and well-developed and both P r and E c increase. 1,3,18,22 This may be attributed to the changes in the bond angle of Fe-O-Fe in BiFeO 3 caused by the distortion created by the dopt of other ions (e.g., Ba, Na, Sr, Ti, etc.). 17,24,45,46 This should be ascribed to the better crystallization, higher density, and lower leakage current of the ceramics.…”

“…The occurrence of a proper P-E hysteresis loop for (Bi 0.5 Li 0.5 )(Fe 0.5 Ta 0.5 )O 3 is highly consistent with reports of P-E loops for solid solutions of BiFeO 3 with other ferroelectrics. [56][57][58][59][60][61] …”
