Continental sedimentary sandstone oilfield in China, represented by the Daqing Oilfield, locates in northern Songliao basin, eastern China. The field produces from several sand intervals in mid-Cretaceous Saertu, Putaohua and Gaotaizi groups, large River Delta sediment, the net pay is 500 m. Daqing oil field has been producing since 1960, water injected almost simultaneously, from 2000, ASP flooding has been applied on a large scale, commercial application has been implemented in three regions, oil recovery have been enhanced by 20% compared with water flooding. Currently, oil recovery factor for Daqing placanticline is 40%, water cut is 92%.
