Enhanced spatial resolution through DFT rederivations of X-ray phase retrieval algorithms

Abstract: Propagation-based phase-contrast imaging, used in conjunction with the phase retrieval algorithm based on the Transport-of-Intensity Equation (TIE) (Paganin et al., 2002), is commonly used to improve the sensitivity of X-ray imaging.
