Abstract:This study investigates the properties of nanocomposites and their impact on improving the performance of solar photovoltaic (PV) cells through the deposition of nano Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) sol onto a glass substrate. In addition to the coating process, nano Aluminum oxide Al2O3 is added, which alter the surface properties such as, thickness and roughness, of the substrate medium.
