“…Compared with the pure WO 3 (G), the C 1s peaks of N-CDs/G-WO 3 -0.6 or N,Fe-CDs/G-WO 3 -0.6 at about 286 eV and 288 eV were assigned to the binding energies of C-N and C=O from the CDs [29,39].
