Enhanced Visible Photovoltaic Response of TiO2 Thin Film with an All-Inorganic Donor–Acceptor Type Polyoxometalate

Abstract: In the field of material chemistry, it is of great significance to develop abundant and sustainable materials for solar energy harvesting and management. “…While compared with the TiO 2 /SiW 9 Co 3 , there is no significant change in photocurrent after evaporating the reducing agent of Al, because the SiW 9 Co 3 cannot be reduced by Al. Overall, it generally influences on the increasing of the photocurrent of TiO 2 , which probably results from the photocurrent of SiW 9 Co 3 excited by visible light . The remarkable stability and attracting photoresponse activity of the nanocomposite films of HPBs‐TiO 2 electrode endow this novel photosensitive materials with potential application and research significance.…”
