Enhancement corrosion resistance of Mg Al layered double hydroxides films by anion-exchange mechanism on magnesium alloys

“…After the in situ growth of LDH coating on the laser-treated surface, the value increased to −1.214 V. Moreover, after adding OTS as a surface organic modifier, the E corr value even increased to −0.876 V. In addition, as for i corr , the values tended to a lower position with the overlay of processing methods.
