Abstract:Antiferroelectric materials are widely used in industry owing to their outstanding energy storage properties, excellent fatigue resistance, and satisfactory stability. In this study, Pb 1−3x/2 La x HfO 3 (abbreviated as PLH-x) antiferroelectric nanofilms were fabricated using the sol−gel method, and their microstructure, antiferroelectric, and energy storage properties were investigated. The PLH-x films exhibited an orthogonal perovskite structure and good crystallinity. La doping altered the long-range orderi… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
