“…Since these methods of plastic deformation were demonstrated as an efficient approach to produce ultrafine-grained (UFG) or nanostructured (NS) materials about two decades ago [17] [18], many investigations have been carried out to examine SPD techniques and to find out which processing parameters is most important and to establish most efficient deformation routes for manufacturing UFG metals and alloys with enhanced mechanical properties.
