Enhancing Cysteine Chemoproteomic Coverage Through Systematic Assessment of Click Chemistry Product Fragmentation

Abstract: Mass spectrometry-based chemoproteomics has enabled functional analysis and small molecule screening at thousands of cysteine residues in parallel.
