Enhancing Knowledge in Informal Settlements: Assessing Health Beliefs and Behaviors in Nigeria

Abstract: Background: Community Health Education (CHE) programs have been shown to be effective in relieving the burden on healthcare systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.
