Abstract:This study explores the utilization of areca husk fiber (AHF), a naturally derived agricultural waste product, in enhancing the mechanical properties of natural rubber latex (NRL) composites. Areca husk fibers, treated with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to improve their surface characteristics, were incorporated into NRL matrices.
