Enhancing patients’ understanding of and adherence to oral anticancer medication: Results of a longitudinal pilot intervention

Abstract: Background Oral anticancer medications (OAM) make administration more convenient for patients, but shifts the responsibility of care from clinical providers to the patients themselves.
