English for Specific Purposes (ESP) emphasizes on the use of English related to the students’ major taken. It is manifested in four skills and one of them is speaking skill. The role-playing learning technique has been implemented for boosting their speaking skill. The aim of this research is to find students’ perception towards the application of the role-playing learning technique in boosting students' speaking skill. As much as 31 students of Information System and Accounting Information System majors were employed to this research and it was conducted in Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. This research was a descriptive and analyzed qualitatively. The data were gathered from students’ perception which were obtained from their fulfillment of online form and also an open-ended interview. There were 13 questions to investigate and dig students’ perception and it has represented the data. It resulted that they had positive perception towards the implementation of role-playing in English class with details: good for boosting linguistics (1). Accuracy of speech, 2). Appropriate placement of pressure, tone, joints and duration. 3). Word choice (diction). and 4). Accuracy of conversational targets (use of sentences)) and non-linguistics skills (natural, calm and not stiff, as well as their self-confidence). In conclusion, role playing can be recommendation for learning speaking English, not only for students in primary education, but also students in higher education.

This case study explores strategies for fostering translation skills in young learners at MI Miftahul Huda Ngadireso, Malang, Indonesia. It delves into the importance of language acquisition during the early stages of education and examines specific methodologies used to enhance translation abilities. The study assesses the impact of interactive and immersive approaches on linguistic development, providing insights into effective pedagogical practices for nurturing basic translational proficiency in young language learners. This study indicates that Shobahul Lughah (morning language learning) effectively improves students’ translating skills. Furthermore, the study emphasises the value of constant practice and exposure to varied language inputs in developing fluency and accuracy in translation tasks. Moreover, the study emphasises the importance of taking a balanced approach to language training that includes both explicit and implicit learning possibilities. While explicit education offers learners systematic guidance and unambiguous explanations of linguistic topics, implicit learning experiences promote inquiry, discovery, and subconscious internalisation of language patterns and conventions. Finally, by embracing novel pedagogical approaches and establishing a supportive learning community, educators may help young students become efficient interpreters and communicators in an increasingly interconnected global world. The most crucial aspect of delivery is pronunciation. It serves as a means of explaining what is being communicated to others. Many college and high school students have pronunciation issues. It is supported by ten articles that have been collected from various articles and nations. They were gathered from the Google Scholar website and organized by year starting in 2019 and topic of pronunciation and application. The authors’ findings show that using seven different pronunciation applications, such as Praat, Orai, Elsa, Tophonetics, EFP, English Pronunciation, and Mall improves students’ speaking, listening, and pronunciation abilities. The students were more motivated to participate in the teaching-learning process after using such an approach. Teachers could use these kinds of discoveries to teach subjects that are connected. It also motivates other scholars to pursue related research.
