Abstract: Highly soluble cocrystals can improve the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs by inducing supersaturation when absorption is limited by drug dissolution. Enrofloxacin (ENR) is a concentration-dependent fluoroquinolone antibacterial with poor solubility.
