“…To extend and democratize the content generated, Mosaico was extended with an interoperability add-on implemented with an internationally accepted standard, Health Level 7 (HL7) Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) [ 15 ], which allows the designed clinical cases to be exported to a wide variety of third-party platforms. In addition, it allowed us to connect Mosaico with Clavy [ 16 ], a tool for managing learning object repositories that enables the transformation into a wide variety of formats and has demonstrated its applicability to the generation of medical learning content from preexisting medical collections.
