“…Compared to that of Cs‐PeQDs (4.13 ns), the elongated carrier lifetime of (Cs/Rb)‐PeQDs (5.72 ns) implies the remarkable suppression of nonradiative recombination, which is possibly attributed to that of the formation of a strong Rb‐related protective passivation layer on the surface of QDs which can decrease their surface defects (Figure 1b). [ 11,21 ] This is also in good agreement with the improvement of PLQY from 2.2% to 20.4% after Rb doping.…”

“…For example, Zhao et al . reported the synthesis of Rb y Cs 1−y PbCl 3 (y is the molar concentration of doped Rb + , which is 0 %, 3 %, 9 %, 15 %) perovskite NCs using hot‐injection method . They demonstrated partially substituted Cs + cations for Rb + , which was confirmed by the XRD and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) (Figure a) measurements.…”

“…[75] Alkali metal ions with the same valence and similar ionic radius to Cs + are good alternatives to replace Cs + . The introduction of K + and Rb + into CsPbCl 3 PQDs has been reported, [142,144] and an improved PL QY over 10% at 408 nm was demonstrated. Interestingly, Liu et al found that the K + and lanthanide ions co-doping could further enhance the PL QY, in which the K 0.75 Cs 0.25 PbCl 3 :Eu achieved the highest PL QY up to 31%.…”
