Enhancing the Landscape of Colorectal Cancer Using Targeted Deep Sequencing

Abstract: Targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology detects specific mutations that can provide treatment opportunities for colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. We included 145 CRC patients who underwent surgery.
