“…As a result, the PSCs employing 1D MAPbI 3 NWs delivered a PCE of 14.71% (Figure b) . By optimizing the fabrication techniques and/or incorporating fullerene derivatives into the perovskite NWs light active layers, superior light absorption and facilitated charge extraction have been obtained for MAPbI 3 NW films, which led to an enhanced PCE up to 18.7% has been achieved for PCBM‐modified MAPbI 3 NWs‐based PSCs (Figure c,d) . Careful optimization of the growth process should be implemented to achieve precise control over the aspect‐ratio, porosity, thickness, and surface coverage of the perovskite NWs, which are essential to the light harvesting, charge collection and device performance of the PSCs.…”

“…Due to the enhanced mechanical property and better conduction in specific directions, perovskite nanowires are also explored as absorber in solar cells. [116][117][118][119][120][121] Park et al first incorporated MAPbI 3 nanowires into the solar cell ( Figure 13A) and investigated its optical and electrical properties. 116 Compared to the nano-cubic counterparts, higher lateral conductivity was observed in nanowires, revealing a better connecting pathway.…”
