Enhancing Transdermal Drug Delivery with Electroporation

Abstract: The application of electroporation to enhance transdermal delivery has opened up a new possibility to introduce larger molecules such as peptide hormones and vaccines as well as minigenes and RNAi etc. through the transdermal route.
