Abstract:In this study, we explore the fabrication and optimization of ZnO/Si heterojunction solar cells to enhance their performance through precise control of electron affinity and bandgap properties. ZnO thin films were synthesized using thermal oxidation in a high-vacuum chamber, followed by annealing to improve crystallinity and electrical characteristics.
