Abstract: Background and ObjectivesSymptomatic macromastia (enlarged breasts) is a syndrome of persistent headache, neck and shoulder pain, thoracic kyphosis, painful shoulder grooving from bra straps, inframammary rash, backache, and upper extremity paresthesias.
