Enrollment of African Americans Onto Clinical Treatment Trials: Study Design Barriers

Abstract: It was evident that study design exclusion and inclusion criteria rendered the majority of the study population ineligible. Among African Americans, comorbidity is a major issue that warrants considerable attention.
