Ukraine encounters a multitude of obstacles that necessitate resolution in order to enhance its economy. Key factors such as GDP growth, foreign direct investment flows, government efficiency, interest rates, research and development investment, and trade openness have a significant impact on diversification processes. Managing these characteristics can be highly demanding when striving to develop a resilient and diverse economic structure. The analysis illustrates the influence of several economic conditions on Ukraine's diversity from Q1-1996 to Q4-2022. The autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) method is employed to examine the relationship between series. The ZA unit root test determines the stationarity of data using a mixed order of integration. The Gregory-Hansen and the bound ARDL co-integration tests confirm the presence of co-integration among series. The findings indicate that GDP, RIR, and TO have a detrimental influence on DIV, whereas FDI, GOVEF, and R&D have a notable beneficial impact on it. The short-term data produced comparable results, albeit in smaller amounts. The inclusion of the co-integrating element in the model facilitates the convergence towards a long-term equilibrium state with an annual growth rate of 18.39%. The utilization of the wavelet method is applied for evaluating diversification because it can identify both short-term variations and long-term patterns in non-stationary data. Overall, the research suggests that it is advisable to use thorough and flexible diversification techniques to increase the variety of traded goods and develop a strong institutional framework to minimize the effects of unforeseen disruptions and inefficient resources Ukraine.

The article examines the peculiarities of logistics systems in modern military conditions. An analysis of the structure of the concept of “logistics systems” by many authors was made. This analysis includes the selection of: the essence of the phenomenon, the content of the phenomenon and its result. A classification of existing approaches to defining the concept of “logistics systems” has been carried out. Conducted critical evaluation of different approaches to the concept of “logistics systems” on a five-point scale, which made it possible to identify the definition with the highest rating. The results of the conducted research made it possible to determine that the logistics system is a system that has variable and constant elements in its composition, which changes over time under the influence of management decisions, which are based on the analysis of the internal and external environment in order to increase the efficiency and profitability of the enterprise. Restoration of the educational process in schools and educational institutions of various levels during the period of Russian military operations on the territory of Ukraine is one of the priority areas. Many students and teachers are outside Ukraine, but they should not lose contact with their educational institutions and the opportunity to study/work. However, the main condition for the restoration/continuation of the educational process is the safety of all its participants. There are a number of educational institutions in Ukraine that were moved from the temporarily occupied territory to other regions of Ukraine. The article provides a list of relocated higher education institutions as of October 2023. As a result of the conducted research, the components of the logistic transformation of the educational process were formed in the article, which will make it possible to optimize the logistic systems of the educational process, identify "bottlenecks" and eliminate them in a timely manner. As of October 2023, 31 higher education institutions were relocated on the territory of Ukraine.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню інноваційного менеджменту інтегрованих підприємницьких структур у контексті фінансового механізму повоєнного відновлення. Акцентовано увагу на важливості впровадження інновацій в аграрні підприємства та на можливості їхнього розвитку в умовах відновлення після війни. Проведено аналіз і прогнозування основних показників ефективності інноваційної діяльності чотирьох аграрних компаній, що входять до складу інтегрованої групи «Агропросперіс». Вивчено динаміку рентабельності, коефіцієнтів інноваційного зростання, активності та інформатизації робіт, а також фінансової залежності й кадрової політики підприємств за період 2019–2023 років із прогнозами на 2025–2026 роки. Визначено, що основним драйвером розвитку є інвестиції в інноваційно-проєктну діяльність, що особливо чітко проявляється в компанії ТОВ «Золотий світанок (агро)», яка демонструє лідерство в цьому напрямі. Прогнози показали позитивну динаміку зростання інноваційного потенціалу, але водночас виявили суттєві відмінності між підприємствами за рівнем інноваційної активності, фінансовою стійкістю та кадровою політикою. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи інноваційного менеджменту для підвищення ефективності інвестицій в інновації в контексті забезпечення стабільного кадрового складу та поліпшення фінансової стійкості підприємств у майбутньому. Результати дослідження підкреслюють необхідність посилення інноваційного менеджменту для забезпечення стійкого розвитку аграрних підприємств в умовах відновлення економіки після війни.
